Dimension 7

Whatever happened to Dimension 7 - they used to create such nice logos and T-shirt designs :(

I just came across two T-shirts I have of theirs and have always been curious to know why they decided to stop producing them.

Vivid colours and a beautiful illustrative style make Ruben's work really stand out.

Qube Konstrukt

Great portfolio, especially some of the motion graphics - which can be viewed in their current showreel. I particularly like this bit of model making for the Next Wave Festival, it's nice to see people successfully combining traditional and digital skills.

They also have a self-published book called Consort that is available here - I have ordered myself a copy =)

Patrick Nagel

One of the greats, who encapsulated 80's chic through his stylistic illustration. The site is not impressive (I look forward to them completing the redesign of the gallery section), but there's some good examples of his work to be found.

Some lovely illustrations, the filigree on the Dolce & Gabbana work is stunning (I prefer the pre-inked, hand drawn version) and the stark elegance of the paper abstractions makes me think I should do some of those myself.
